FAQs
When will my order be processed?
Your products are personally customized and made with fresh ingredients.
This takes time depending on the complexity of formulas used in the
product you are ordering. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for fresh
manufacturing and order completion before shipping. We work fast to
process orders, we thank you for your patient. If you ever have any
questions concerning the status of your order please email
[email protected] with the subject Order Status. Our friendly
customer service team will respond and let you know the status of order
in the production process.

Will I be charged for back-ordered items and will back-orders be shipped automatically?
No. You will not be charged for products
that have been removed from you order and noted as back ordered. These
items will not ship automatically. You will need to replace an order for
those items. Often times when you place an order an item may be in
stock, but to fresh ingredients being used an item can become back
ordered during the production process if anything impacts the herbal
harvesting schedules. Often climate changes such as hurricanes,
flooding, heat waves, and snow storms can damage plants, fruits, and
nuts. This makes it difficult to produce your product fresh and results
in an in stock product becoming back-ordered. We thank you for your
understanding when this occurs.

I am using Internet Exploxer and cannot place my order. What can I do to order?
Please use a different browser download Google Chrome for free, Opera
for free, Firefox for free, or Safari for free. Internet Exploxer has
several errors and we recommend using the other free browser for your
purchase. If the problem still persists please contact us.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. Unfortunately
we no longer accept money orders or personal checks due to the high
amount of fraud experienced.

Are any of your products tested on animals?
We do not test our products on animals. We
truly believe is caring for the environment, people, and animals. We use
as much disposable materials in our packaging as possible to reduce
customer environmental impact.

What are my shipping options?
Our shipping agent is USPS, FEDEX, and UPS.
All shipping charges calculated rates and include product packaging
cost. We select your shipping agent at time of shipment based on
location and product weight. We do not ship express mail, except for
international orders.

When is my credit card charged?
We charge your credit card once your order completes fresh production.
This ensure that you are not charged for back-ordered items.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you make a mistake please contact use
immediately. If your order has not be shipped we can correct the issue
immediately and no additional charges will apply. However, if your item
has shipped then you will have to pay additional shipping and
re-manufacturing cost. Please do your best to check your address before
confirming order. We will bill these charges directly to your payment
card to ensure delivery of your order quickly. The additional charges
will not exceed your original shipping charges.

What if happens if my order is lost or damaged during transit?
If your order arrives and it is damaged or
leaking you must report the damaged via e-mail to
[email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately
re-enter your order in our fresh production system and ensure that your
order is express re-manufactured. You will receive a reshipment at no
additional cost. If you have not received a order and you have been
waiting more than four weeks please contact us chances or your package
it lost or damage. If you file a chargeback and your order has been
shipped. You will be charged a chargeback intiation fee of $25.00.
Please contact us to avoid paying this fee and to receive your
replacement order quickly. Remember, shippers require 7 to 10 days to
investigate a lost package claim, we ask for your patient until
investigation is conclued by the shipper.

What happens if I miss my package delivery and receive a pick up notice?
Your package my require a signature depending on your locations, amount
of your order, or customer request. If your package requires a signature
and you are not present to sign the shipper will leave a notice and
hold your package for pickup. Please use the tracking number on the
pickup slip to reschedule deliver or to pickup your package directly
from the shipper warehouse. Failure to pickup package will result in
your order being returned. If your order is returned you may be billed
for return package fees accessed by the shipper and reshipping postage
not to exceed the value of original shipping total. Please do your best
to pickup your package once notify of delivery by shipper.

How can I track my orders?
All orders are produced fresh and take a
minimum of 2 to 4 business days to produce depending on the complexity
of formula required to produce order and quanitiy of products ordered.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment notice. If you
would like to receive a tracking number please send an email to
[email protected] title "Request for Tracking Number". A customer
service agent will send you a tracking number. This is a simply process
and ensures accuracy.

Do you offer an distributor program and can I sell Beauty 4 Ashes in my store?
Yes. You can carry Beauty 4 Ashes in your retail store, spa, or salon.
We only offer this to a limited number of stores each year. If you would
like to stock Beauty 4 Ashes products please e-mail
[email protected] with the subject "Distributor Request", include
your mailing address and name. Also, let us know which products you
would be interested in carrying.

Why don't you offer free shipping on everything like other companies?
Shipping is never free. Many companies
choose to hide your shipping price in your product price. We believe
this is dishonest. Instead we offer everyday low product prices and we
offer sales, discounts, and coupons for veterans, seniors, and students.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.00, as a way of saying
thank you for being a Beauty 4 Ashes customer. We are billed for your
shipping and pay the charge because we are truly glad to have you as a
customer.

Where do my orders ship from?
Depending on the products that you order and
where you are located your order can ship from Southern California,
Lake Oswego, OR, Harrisburg, PA, Oak Brook, IL, Fairfax, VA, Tampa, FL.
We work hard to ensure that you receive the freshiest ingredients. This
makes are products very effective. Fresh is more potent and contans the
most active plant botanicals.

When will I receive my order?
At Beauty 4 Ashes, we make everything fresh
to order. This takes some time, roughly 5 - 7 business days (M-F)from
your first business day of your order placement. After this, your order
will ship. Shipping transit times will vary. Through USPS, all customers
should receive their order in no more than 5 to 7 Business days after
the order leaves one of our centers. Generally, we ask that you allow 2
- 3 weeks for your order delivery; although, orders can arrive sooner.

Do you ship outside the continental USA?
Yes, we do. Beauty 4 Ashes ships to Puerto
Rico, Hawai'i, Alaska and the Virgin Islands. We also ship to many
destinations in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan and
France.
Shipping rates for these destinations vary and may be higher to provide
trackable package delivery options. The recipient is also responsible
for applicable custom fees, duties and taxes that may be levied by his
or her destination country/state.
Additionally, the transit times shipping to these destinations varies.
Beauty 4 Ashes will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delays
that may result when shipping outside the continental USA. While these
things are infrequent, they are situations that must be handled with the
shipping carrier.

Do you do drop shipping?
No. We do not do drop shipping. We do not
store your products on warehouse shelves. All Beauty 4 Ashes products
are made fresh for you. This is why Beauty 4 Ashes products are special
and different from what you find in retail stores and why our products
are feel different on your skin and on your hair. We use fresh leaves,
herbs, and stems. We make our own oils, essential oils, butters, creams,
lotions, mask, gels. We make everything fresh. We do not use any mass

difference. Our supply is unique. We use small and large farmers from
around the globe. This is how we secure unique ingredients that work to
make a difference for you.

Can I change my order after I have submitted it?
NO. Once your order has been submitted it
enters production. We cannot accept any modifications. If there is an
error in the options you have selected, then notify us within 24 hours
and will can make necessary product option adjustments. Should you wish
to have any item removed after the order has entered production a fresh
manufacturing fee of 20% will be applied to your product refund. Please
make sure that your order is accurate prior to placement.

How secure is your website?
Your payment is secure and no credit card information is ever stored at
Beauty 4 Ashes. We use only the latest in encryption and security
technology including 128 bit encryption. Our servers are secure too,
protecting you against fraud. We only accept online orders and never
take phone orders to avoid phone fraud. We treat your credit card
information like it is ours. We take every neccessary step to avoid
manipulation or misuse of the information you provide Beauty 4 Ashes.

I ordered and now I notice the product is on sale. Can I receive the sale price?
NO. We cannot apply sale prices retroactively. We send flyers to our
customers with sales. If you would like to participate in a sale please
order before the sale expires. After the sale expices the original
prices will be in effect. This is the only way to ensure that fairness
to all customers who place their orders during the sale period. The good
thing to note is that we continously place different orders on sale. If
an item you want is no longer on sale, don't worry, the item will go
back on sale within 1 to 3 months. We rotate our sales to ensure all
products are offered with a discount at some point throughout the year.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, within 24 hours. If you need to cancel
your order after the 24 hour period you will be charged a 20% fresh
manufacturing fee and you will not receive your order. After 24 hours
your order will have enter the fresh manfacturing process and we will
have to throw away your complete order because each order is
personalized to meet your standards. If your order has shipped then we
cannot cancel your order regardless of the reason. Please remember, we
work to process orders quickly. If delivery of an order is refused you
will have to pay for your shipping cost and a 20% fresh manufacturing
fee, no exceptions. We provide great customer service so if you need to
cancel your order just email as quickly as possible to avoid fees. We
understand that things happen and sometimes order cancellations are
necessary.

Do you have a minimum order?
No. You can order something for $1.99 and we will ship it to you. We accept all orders up to $200.00. We do not accept larger orders to minimize fraud and to ensure product quality. Our products are all natural. If you would like to order for a salon,university, research lab, spa, or retail store please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your request. Honesty is the best policy. Tell us what you need and we will do our best to satisify your request.
